1. Parties
The platform theroyalcollection.eu is operated by The Royal Collection (the "Operator"). The guest is the person completing a booking.
2. Booking & payment
A booking is created upon payment of the full price via Stripe. The price is final and includes the fees listed in the summary before payment.
3. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival unless stated otherwise for a specific apartment. Later cancellations are charged the first night; no-shows the full amount.
4. Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM unless agreed otherwise. Guests must respect house rules and night-time quiet hours.
5. Liability & damages
Guests are liable for damage caused during their stay. The Operator is not liable for guests' belongings; travel insurance is recommended.
6. Security deposit
Where listed, a deposit is pre-authorised on the guest's card and released after a damage-free departure.
7. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved by the competent court at the Operator's seat.
